Now is the time to persuade skeptics on Singapore's mass flow meters

With just three months before the obligatory mass flow meter system is implemented on bunkering in Singapore, many sceptics remain unconvinced. However, the system will prove its worth as soon as it takes effect from the new year, explains Hans Staal of Brightoil Petroleum, which have been supplying fuel oil through mass flow meters for several years already.
