Norway's Kvaerner has a new CEO, who will also take on the title of company president.

The new executive is Karl-Petter Løken, who comes from a position as head of project development in Lundin, Norway. He has previously enjoyed roles in companies such as Statoil and Aker, and has also been a professional soccer player in the past.
