Total delivers carbon-neutral LNG

The French oil supermajor has shipped off a climate-neutral cargo of liquefied natural gas to China's CNOOC.

Sept. 29 saw a special event happen related to oil supermajor Total's ambitions to render gas greener.

The French firm on this day succeeded in shipping a cargo of carbon-neutral liquefied natural gas (LNG) from its Ichthys facility in Australia to the Dapeng terminal in China and colleagues at company CNOOC, Total states in a press release.
