Spetalen's Saga Pure invests in carbon capture technology

Saga Pure, formerly Saga Tankers, which is controlled by Norwegian investor Øystein Spetalen, invests NOK 35 million in a tech firm that, among other things, produces blue ammonia and captures carbon.

Listed Saga Pure, formerly Saga Tankers, has through a private placement invested NOK 35 million (USD 4.0 million) in Horisont Energi.

As such, Saga Pure, which has Norwegian investor Øystein Spetalen as majority shareholder, gets an 11.7 percent stake in the technology firm.
