Dan-Bunkering case to commence in October - court earmarks 18 court days

Dates have now been set for the case concerning Dan-Bunkering's alleged breach of EU sanctions against selling jet fuel to Syria, where the prosecutor is pursuing a prison sentence for the CEO. The oil group denies all allegations but looks forward to the case being presented in court.

Dan-Bunkering and Bunker Holding's alleged violation of EU sanctions against selling jet fuel to Syria will go before court in October this year, where the case will be processed for 18 court days.

The case against the Danish oil group and its chief executive, Keld R. Demant, is thus scheduled for 18 court days in the period from Oct. 26 2021 until Dec. 14 at the Danish District Court in Odense, the State Prosecutor for Serious Economic and International Crime (SØIK) informs ShippingWatch.
