Prosecutor circled back to two decisive dates in questioning of Keld Demant: "I was told that we haven't done anything wrong"

CEO Keld R. Demant was asked multiple times in court about Dan-Bunkering's decision to strike new deals with Russian customers after the Danish Business Authority raised concerns that the jet fuel would end up in sanctioned Syria. The prosecutor circled back to two decisive dates over and over during Keld R. Demant's first examination in the Dan-Bunkering case.

For the State Prosecutor for Serious Economic and International Crime (SØIK), December 23, 2016, and February 6, 2017, are of particular importance to the case.
