Listed maritime company Erria acquires Mermaid Maritime Vietnam JSC, the former writes in a statement.

The companies signed a conditional agreement on the transaction back in June 2020. The deal was conditional on Erria's due diligence regarding the business activities not prompting significant remarks and on the usual regulatory approvals.
