
Ship brokerage Maersk Broker has just employed a new chief financial officer in the form of Anne Brown Frandsen, who took up the position in January.
Frandsen will be responsible for ensuring a robust, global financial infrastructure as well as risk management, the company writes in a LinkedIn post.
She comes to Maersk Broker from architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), where she was also CFO for nearly four years, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before then, she worked at companies such as Avanti Wind Systems, E. Pihl & Søn, Foss and Banedanmark.
Maersk Broker is owned by three members of the Mærsk family, Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla, Leise Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller and Kirsten Mærsk Mc-Kinney Olufsen.
