Norwegian shipping bank expands portfolio despite container downturn

Shipping financer Maritime & Merchant expanded its loan portfolio throughout 2022, but the upcoming year appears more uncertain, according to the financial report from the Norwegian bank, whose ownership circle includes several prominent shipping profiles such as Henning Oldendorff, Endre Røsjø, Arne Blystad and Arne Fredly.
