Alfa Laval completes Frank Mohn acquisition
Alfa Laval has received permission from the competition authorities to acquire Norwegian Frank Mohn. This means that the transaction - which led to a dispute among members of the Mohn family - can now be completed.

Alfa Laval never doubted that the acquisition of Norwegian Frank Mohn would be approved, even though one member of the Mohn family, after the transaction was made public, announced that he was against the acquisition and that he would try to stop the process.
