
When Jan Jacobsen is asked where Monjasa Holdings' future growth will come from he does not point solely to traditional growth markets such as the BRIC countries, but also increasingly to the neighboring countries of Brazil, India and China.
The company - which supplies bunker oil to shipping through Monjasa and hotel ships to the offshore industry with C-bed – finished 2013 with a record result with a bottom line of USD 35 million and a revenue of around USD 2.14 billion due to factors including a solid performance in the company's presence on growth markets, where there has been a little more growth than in the US or Europe, says Jan Jacobsen.
