OW Bunker's much-discussed Singapore subsidiary Dynamic Oil Trading operated with an aggressive growth plan from day one when management at the headquarters in Nørresundby, Denmark, decided to appoint one of the company's key figures as CEO of the independent entity in Singapore in the fall of 2012.
