OW Bunker management sued for USD 106 million

OW Bunker's senior management team knew everything about out-of-control credits issued by subsidiary Dynamic Oil Trading (DOT) in Singapore, say the estate's trustees according to Danish newspaper Berlingske.

The senior management team of collapsed Danish bunker company OW Bunker was fully aware of what was going on at its subsidiary in Singapore before the company crashed.

As such, the senior executives from the company's headquarters in Aalborg, Denmark should be held financially accountable when the score is settled, say the estate's trustees who are now ready with the first claim, reports Danish newspaper Berlingske.
