Altor will hang on to OW Bunker's sister company - for now

Swedish private equity fund Altor has no current plans of selling Wrist Ship Supply. "Plenty of opportunities to develop the company globally," Søren Johansen, partner at Altor, tells ShippingWatch.

Private equity fund Altor, which has owned Wrist Ship Supply since 2007 alongside now-collapsed OW Bunker, has no current plans to give up ownership of the company, which delivers supplies to ships and offshore platforms.

Wrist Ship Supply published its annual report 2014 on Wednesday, showing significant improvements in revenue as well as profit.
