Semco acquires Norwegian offshore from Bergen Group

Norway's Bergen Group divests operating activities and real estate on the Hanøytangen. Semco Maritime is one of several buyers in the transaction that comes to a total of USD 30 million.

Bergen Group's offshore division has decided to divest activities on the Hanøytangen industrial area off the coast of Bergen, where the group is currently establishing an offshore epicenter. But the tough market puts pressure on the company, which is has thus opted to divest.
