Rolls-Royce appoints new CEO

Rolls-Royce's current CEO John Rishton will retire later this year. The British engine supplier has now found his replacement.

The British engine giant Rolls-Royce has now found a successor to the company's current Chief Executive, John Rishton, who will retire on July 2nd after serving 14 years as CFO and then CEO of the company.

He will be replaced by Warren East, who has been appointed from within the company and who will switch from a position as Non-Executive Director, says Rolls-Royce in a statement on Wednesday.
