Kristian Røkke has been appointed as the new CEO of the Norwegian oil service company Akastor, which was separated last year from Aker Solutions, Akastor writes in a press release in relation to the company's interim report for the second quarter 2015.
The company currently has the Norwegian billionaire and Aker-shareholder Kjell Inge Røkke as well as the Norwegian state as the largest shareholders.
