Maersk Oil awards order to Subsea 7

Offshore subcontractor Subsea 7 will install pipelines for Maersk Oil in the Culzean field in the North Sea, in which Maersk Oil serves as operator. The order is worth USD 150 million.

Maersk Oil is not the only player pleased with the prospects of extracting gas from the Culzean field in the British part of the North Sea. Luxembourg-based offshore company Subsea 7 has now published a statement informing that the company has won an order from Maersk Oil to supply pipelines for the field - an order worth USD 150 million.
