DSV sells shares for 720 million USD to finance acquisition

DSV is selling new shares for USD 720 million to finance the takeover of US transport and logistics company UTI Worldwide.

DSV has decided to issue new shares for USD 720 million through a private equity placement. This is to partially finance its expected purchase of US transport and logistics company UTI worldwide, writes DSV in a statement.

The sale will only be targeted at institutional investors and shares will be offered through an accelerated bookbuilding process at market price and without preemptive rights to existing shareholders.
