Wärtsilä wins order for four RoRo ferries
Finnish Wärtsilä has landed an order for electric systems for four new RoRo ferries which are being built in Germany. Two of the ferries will be chartered out to DFDS.

Marine supplier Wärtsilä will fit deliver electric systems to four new RoRo ferries, announces the Finnish company in a press release. The four ferries are being built at German shipyard Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft (FSG) for the carrier Siem Roro Carriers, which will charter two of the vessels out to the Danish DFDS and Turkish Ekol.
