Hempel's talents get intensive training in cultural sensitivity

80 different countries means 80 different cultures, and if Hempel wants all parts of the organization to work seamlessly together, then the company's talents need a great deal of cultural sensitivity.

"The level of ambition is definitely high for me personally, and professionally I would like to grow at Hempel. I believe that you have to set the bar high and run fast to reach your goals. And I'm sure that opportunities will arise," says Jonas Bruhn.

Bruhn is one of Hempel's new rising stars. He was a participant in Hempel's talent program, Explorer Next Generation Program, which is in its sixth year running.
