The worst congestion in the world's ports is now easing

The container fleet is fully booked and the many ships are putting pressure on supply chains – but now the worst of the port congestion seems to be easing.

The demand for goods has been much higher and has come much earlier in the peak season than many in the shipping industry had expected.
