MSC's deal in Hamburg faces hurdle after complaint about price tag

With a complaint to the European Commission, a local politician hopes to put an end to Hamburg’s sale of almost half of its terminal operator to MSC.

The world’s largest container line MSC should not be allowed to buy almost half of the Port of Hamburg’s top terminal operator, Hamburger Hafen und Logistics (HHLA), at a bargain price, says local politician Götz Wiese.
