DFDS acquires ferry operator with 750 employees

The acquired company operates three ferry routes across the Strait of Gibraltar.

Danish shipping and logistics company DFDS has signed an agreement to acquire the company FRS Iberia/Maroc, which is the ferry operator on the Strait of Gibraltar, connecting Spain and Morocco, according to DFDS in an announcement Sunday evening.
