Southern Europe objects to EU sulfur proposal

The Mediterranean member states did not agree with the EU Commission's proposal for member states' control measures concerning the coming sulfur regulations introducing a 0.1 percent sulfur limit for emissions from ships sailing in northern Europe and in SECA zones.
