Following Mattias Praetorius’ departure from Maersk in June, it’s now clear that he has been appointed to a managing position at Swiss transportation and logistics group Kuehne+Nagel.

Loadstar reports, and Kuehne+Nagel confirms this to ShippingWatch. koncern

His new role will be as Head of Global Business Development Consumer.

Mattias Praetorius joined Maersk in 2021 as Global Head of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

Prior to that, he had been employed by the large Danish logistics company DSV, which he joined when the company acquired competitor Panalpina in 2019.

When Mattias Praetorius left Maersk, the shipping company told him that he had found a job outside the group.
