Shipowner hesitant towards green methanol despite its widespread adoption among carriers

Eastern Pacific Shipping is yet to order any newbuilds with green methanol compatibility due to lack of access to the fuel, says CEO.

Even though carriers and possible clients like Maersk, ONE, HMM, Evergreen, and CMA CGM have posted billions into new, green methanol-powered ships, Eastern Pacific Shipping is reluctant to follow suit.
