Broad support for sulfur ban before crucial IMO meeting

An unusual alliance between carriers, flag states and NGOs means that the shipping industry faces yet another ban in the battle against sulfur. Support has been reached ahead of the crucial meeting in the IMO next week.

In the future, carriers will likely have to comply with yet another ban in terms of sulfur. This ban has remarkably received support from all sides in the industry which do not tend to campaign for the same causes.
