Semco forms Vietnamese venture for oil drilling rigs

Semco Maritime has entered a collaboration with Vietnamese PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard aimed at upgrading oil rigs in Southeast Asia. This brings access to a growth market, says the company.

For the second time since June, Semco Maritime has agreed to enter a new collaboration. This time with Vietnamese PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard through a collaboration named Vung Tau Rig Services, aimed at upgrading oil rigs in Southeast Asia, a venture that will kick the door in to a new growth market, says Semco in a statement.
