Speculation in complex financial papers at OW Bunker's Risk Management division constituted such an integral part of the business that the division budgeted with massive million dollar profits every month, according to the company's now-former head of risk management, Kenneth Rosenmenyer, who speaks out for the first time about the investments that wound up attributing significantly to the collapse of OW Bunker.
