New appeal verdict in OW bunker case

With the latest verdict in a line of cases against OW Bunker, there is now only one appeal option left before the long range of trials have reached their conclusion, according to Danish TV2.

An appeal court in London has found in favor of the OW Bunker estate in a recent trial that could pave the way for similar verdicts in a long range of cases concerning ownership of bunker fuel delivered in the run-up to OW Bunker’s bankruptcy, Danish TV channel TV2 said on its website Friday.
