DOF Group acquires Maersk Supply Service

APM Holding took over the offshore supply vessel operator in March 2023, but it has now been sold on to Norway’s DOF Group for more than USD 1 billion.

DOF Offshore Holding Denmark ApS now acquires all shares in Maersk Supply Service, according to a notice to the Euronext stock exchange in Oslo.
