Antwerp Port starts 2015 in strong form
The major Belgian port grew 5.9 percent overall in the first three months of the year. The port authority is pleased with the result, but warns against excessive optimism in a shipping market that remains challenged.

Antwerp Port handled a total of 51 million tons in the 1st quarter 2015, a 5.9 percent increase from the same period last year, says the port in a statement on Thursday.
