Media: CSAV will be a major stakeholder in Hapag-Lloyd

A merger between German Hapag-Lloyd and Chilean CSAV is getting closer, and once January is over an agreement will be ready between the two parties, a manager from the German container group tells newspaper Die Welt on Monday:

"A deal will be ready by the end of January," the manager tells Die Welt.
