Scan Global could sue Danish state if defense contract is cancelled

Maersk and DSV could be vying to take over lucrative tasks if the Danish Armed Forces drop criticized deal with Scan Global Logistics, show internal documents.

Denmark’s minister of defense Troels Lund Poulsen (V) has been called for a consultation about the Danish Armed Forces’ criticized collaboration with Scan Global Logistics.
