It is 8 AM and 43 hopeful and nervous DFDS employees from Europe are gathered at Denmark's largest seaside hotel, Marienlyst, north of Copenhagen in the city of Elsinore, home of Hamlet's castle. These are the handpicked individuals. And perhaps the rising stars of DFDS. Over the next 72 hours, they will fight for the only 22 spots in the DFDS brand new talent program, the Horizon Program.
