EU targets disputed Dubai company with new sanctions

Russia’s largest, state-owned shipping group is subject to further sanctions with EU’s new package, which targets a subsidiary that ”contributes significantly to Russian state income.”

BRUSSELS – After several weeks of negotiation, the EU member states have decided to take measures against a company with close ties to a state-owned Russian carrier, EU Commission officials confirm to ShippingWatch.
