The two major pensions funds ATP and PFA will head a consortium aimed at scrutinizing the OW Bunker bankruptcy in order to file a damage claim against the individuals responsible.

Several other investors, including SEB, Maj Invest and a major English investor, support the initiative, in which the two pension giants will receive legal consulting from law firm Accura, sources familiar with the process tell Danish news media Finans.dk.
