Hyundai to deploy vessels to help Hanjin customers

Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) plans to deploy 13 vessels on the Pacific in order to help the shippers hit by competitor Hanjin Shipping's decision to file for receivership on Wednesday.

Hyundai Merchant Marine is now deploying vessels in an effort to mitigate the effects for shippers using Hanjin Shipping after the South Korean carrier filed for receivership on Wednesday.
