Three Hanjin ships stranded off US as carrier seeks protection

Several ships from South Korean container carrier Hanjin Shipping, which filed for receivership at a Seoul court on Wednesday, are currently stranded of the US West Coast, informs the Marine Exchange of Southern California.

Three vessels belonging to Hanjin Shipping Co., the distressed South Korean container shipping company, were stranded off the US West Coast, Kip Louttit, executive director of the Marine Exchange of Southern California said.
