Financial police enters case of detained ship headed for beaching

The Norwegian financial police Økokrim will take charge of the investigation of a ship which was detained in Norway en route to be scrapped on the beaches in Pakistan.

Norway's financial police Økokrim is now entering the case of the ship that was detained by Norwegian authorities en route to be scrapped in Pakistan.

The ship, Tide Carrier, which later changed its name to Harrier, ran aground in February off the coast of Norway when headed out of the country.
