Singaporean yard group Keppel Offshore & Marine confirms that the group is in negotiations with Norwegian company Borr Drilling for a rig order.

After rumors have flourished in Singaporean media, the large yard group Keppel Marine & Offshore now confirms that the company is negotiating with Borr Drilling for a rig deal.
