Saudi Arabia sends oil price to its highest level since 2015

Pressure from Saudi Arabia is sending the global oil price up. More price increases could be on the way.

Thursday morning, the oil price is at its highest level since the end of 2015, after Saudi Arabia indicated that the country wants to see the oil price continue to rise.

According to Reuters, the oil-rich Middle Eastern country has indicated that it would like to see the oil price move up towards USD 80 - 100.
