Younger Norwegians once again lured to oil industry

After several years of declining interest in education programs for the oil and gas industry, young Norwegians are apparently once again looking to work in the fossil fuel industry.

The oil price collapse and mass dismissals, coupled with an increasing focus on renewables and global climate change has not made life easy for HR employees within the oil and gas industries, who have struggled to secure an ongoing talent base made up of young people keen to work in the sector.
