Brazilian prosecutor wants to withhold payments to SBM Offshore

Dutch firm SBM Offshore is still dealing with the aftermath of a protracted bribery case, working with the Brazilian federal prosecutor to find a solution. Now the prosecutor will target payments, says the company.

A preliminary decision by a federal judge in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has caught the attention of Dutch offshore firm SBM offshore. According to a press release from SBM, the judge has partially granted the request for a provisional measure.
