Welltec moves headquarters to Switzerland

Welltec, a Danish oil service company and once a potential IPO candidate, is moving its headquarters out of Denmark, and not just because of tax advantages, the company's CLO Martin Skovbjerg tells EnergyWatch.

Jørgen Hallundbæk, founder of oil technology company Welltec, is currently shifting the headquarters of the Danish company to Switzerland, confirms the CLO of Welltec, Martin Skovbjerg, to EnergyWatch.
