Maersk Drilling customer reveals contract price for first time in 1.5 years

For the first time in almost a year and a half, it has been made public how much Maersk Drilling is paid to lease out one of its drilling rigs.

Maersk Drilling has secured a contract extension for rig Maersk Intrepid of a total seven months.

A new contract with Equinor – formerly Statoil – for the jack-up rig has been signed at a value of USD 40 million for five months.
