Saudi Arabia and Kuwait close to agreement for contested oil fields

Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are close to resuming oil production in the contested "neutral zone" after the US has served as broker to secure an agreement between the two states. The oil fields look set to be reopened in the first quarter of 2019, reports the Wall Street Journal.
