Wilhelmsen unit joins Norsea in Danish port

Wilhelmsen relegates its vessel service division under wind service operator Norsea, based in western Denmark's Port of Esbjerg. The deal transfers Wilhelmsen's staff to Norsea.

Norsea's Norwegian owner, shipping group Wilhelmsen, is now merging its Esbjerg-based unit Wilhelmsen Ships Service into its service supplier subsidiary, Norsea.
