Sembcorp Marine lands new orders

Singapore-based Sembcorp Marine has just landed new orders worth a total value of SGD 400 million.

Singapore-based shipbuilding group Sembcorp Marine adds to its order book after landing a number of new contracts, the company announces Monday regarding several new contracts totaling a value of SGD 400 million (USD 288.1 million).

"Despite the challenging market conditions, we have been steadfastly pursuing the available pockets of opportunities. I am very pleased that our teams have translated several of these opportunities into new contracts," says President and Chief Executive Wong Weng Sun in the announcement.
